career and job

After completing my bachelor degree in bcom hons i went for upsc but even after making constant efforts I failed.now i want to do a job
I am trying a lot but not getting any job neither any help from someone.Our astrologer said my bad luck is going on and i will never get success in my life but as per tarot card reading if I get someone’s help something can happen but don’t know when.can u pls tell me the truth.i don’t want false hope.is there any hope that i can achieve success in my life or i have lost everything now?
