I have been not stable in my career from a very long time. I have been going through a lot since 2008. Also, with relationship it goes the same way but after coming back to India in 2021 i have been suffering from not having stable relationship.
Now these two problems are connected to my mental health. These days I have become very cranky and overthinker. I would like to calm my mind and increase focus.
It would be very kind if someone can reply and help.
