Chaurasta?

It is considered aschaurasta if the 4th road is entering private or public building or land
Like one road goes into a college and has gate and other is government land which also has gate both has connecting roads with outer roads will it make a chaurasta?
and if more than 4 roads are connected like 5or 6 junction remedies done on chaurasta be done there?
