Taking shower twice daily in cold water chanting snana mantra .waking up in brahmamuhurt.Be very attentive while drinking water.Never drink or eat food in standing position,take all proper sitting arrangement.whatever you intake be attentive. if possible Do Prayanama regularly.giving food to any animals surrounding your place also help.
