Have to see the chart, but should see the condition of the planet sitting in Taurus/2nd House in both D1/D9 & also Venus + Virgo/6th H & Mercury. Â Mars & Ketu are the karakas for surgery, so they should be looked at as well.
Rahu + Venus or Rahu in Taurus for example will give you a huge urge to beautify yourself but if Venus isn’t well placed it’s not recommended.
Mercury is the karaka for skin, so it should be well placed too. Mars + Mercury in 2nd H will also also signify Cosmetic Surgery
Venus in Virgo or 6th H if connected with Mars/Ketu will want to go under the knife for beauty purposes since Virgo is the sign of corrections. In this case, the native should leave the planets alone & not go under the knife.

here i think as saturn ketu in 8th house in pisces can be said as breaking of bones in big hospital for transformation. while mars and rahu in virgo in 2nd house can be said joining of bones for increasing height. whats your take on it?

while also saturn ketu in pisces in 8th house with mercury can indicate breaking of bones for transformation in a hospital.
you can see venus in navansh is in taurus.Can we say person will go under surgery in Rah-Jup-Sun dasha?
