debt and delayed marriage

My boyfriend is facing financial difficulties…..his debt is increasing day by day and he is not able to put an end of this debt cycle…..he is also a government employee…….we want to get married as sooo as possible….bt due to financial issues we are not able to get married….his horoscope is
