Do we see transits from Moon/Ascendant/Somewhere else?

I haven’t read classics, but I’ve read that classics says that we should see transits from Moon.

So for example now Saturn is transiting Aquarius. And it is 8th house from Cancer.

So Saturn in 8th house is transformation of career but would it happen to Cancer Asc/Cancer Moon/both (depending other factors)?

How should we understand these transits?

      You can see transits from:
      – Lagna for its effect on body, physical gains
      – Sun for its effect on soul
      – Moon for its effect on mind, emotions. Sade sati is Saturn over Moon.
      – Any special or powerful house in your chart, see the strength of the house if it’s way below 420 points or way beyond 420.
      – Planet of the running dasha, make it the ascendant.
