Doing Pooja for Kalsarp Dosh is the only solution ?

Ive been strongly suggested to perform pooja for Kalsarp Dosh.
Facing hurdles and difficulty in every aspect of life.
so doing Pooja for Kalsarp Dosh is the only solution ? if yes at which temple it should be done?
and should it be done every year?

timing -12:30 noon mumbai.
