      Ascendant lord mercury is exalted house wise in 6th house, so native would have best communication skill. He was the first leader to do radio conference in large scale to inform his countrymen about his decisions.

      Rahu is in 3rd house exalted house wise and its dispositer mercury(3rd house kaalpurush kundli) is also exalted. so he would start something new, or would bring situation in his side and have charismatic voice. He appealed to the masses, he won by the largest margins. His country was in crisis, he made it recover and initiated his country becoming superpower and dominant.

      Also karaka of 3rd bhava is exalted in 10th house stationary too. He brought change in his country’s system and economic system to recover his country. He made ruthless decision which were required for country to come out of crisis. Also done things in a dictatorial way which were morally right.
