for example ur 9th lord moon,
ur spouse tithi might b Dasami or dwitiya,
or moon can b in conjunction with Rahu in Ur spouse chart than amavasya also might b a chance. as well in spouse 9th lord should match with ur tithi.
rashi chart or bhava chart to be considered?
if no planets are sitting in 9th bhava then?? consider the lord of that house??
