Saturn on the cusp of 7th house, looks like your marriage is very delayed. More likely because both planets are in war. If you are unmarried and should you wish to marry, you may try in the next 1-3 years.
Health could be bad for another couple of years.
Career seems fine and improved since 2-3 position wise. I don’t see any problems in career for whole life.

health issues constantly after marriage
extremely afflicted chart. does she fight a lot in home lot of verbal batter. judging everybody,everything may give quarrels marriage looks impossible . extreme struggle in carrier best option take a sanyas from life ,serve in some ashram.at least she/he will find peace in life.
