Health is affecting me in performing my daily activities and on top of that I have chosen Indian foreign service as career choice through upsc which requires hard work with respect to studies but … Unable to do anything

My birth details – 13/11/1997 time -8:30 Am Shikohabad India Time of my birth is not accurate however is near to this time very close , I have realised by now that my life is more of my karmic results from past live and I have accepted this fact and working towards fulfilling my karma to parents , although I am not married but I have been in relationship once fell in love harder than anyone could now living my lifeless life wounded, and cherry on top she cheated on me with my best friend (closet one) both have no guilt about it ,  but it does not affect me what actually does is my interest in power , knowledge (like I want to know everything) , achieve the highest of all (like king of kings , master of all masters ) I want to become Indian foreign service offic ,but my health is o dear I believe biggest of all karma is to myself and I don’t know how to work towards that I have been food concious taking care of my health, I workout 6days a well ,  from past 3-4 years but it just detoriets and I have given up like doctors they don’t listen their meds don’t work on me I have sleep issues stomach issues hpylori not leaving my body even after taking heavy antibiots , headache , thyroid problem u name it i have it , how do I improve my health so that I can fullfil my duties towards everything assigned to me .
