If astrology helps you cope, then I would suggest you to calmly reconsider. While it is good that you reach to something good for coping, it may not be the best method. Try listening to Osho and applying whatever you pick-up from there.

My Saturn mahadasha is with Rahu antardasha till November 2023.
Mars is not in my 7th house it’s in 11th.
