Home Vastu and Labour issue

Sir, need to solve a personal problem.
I have servant couple at home. Their room is in north west direction(North major) at first floor. Just below their toilet is our grain storage. From last few weeks, they are not working and behaving properly. Is there any possibility of issue due to direction they are living and because of toilet. What other issues can be there.
