Prediction can only be done after combining all of these-
for eg- if the Taurus is in the 12th house in Aries ascendant, then the priority of Aries ascendant will be the 12th house and if the moon is in the 12 house then the priority of the person will be on food.
If any house is idle and doesn’t have any planet in it, then the prediction will be done with sign and house only.
