i am stuck in career and life

Hi,
My name is Bhavesh Vadhiya and i am not sure about my DOB as per document my DOB is 06/08/1987 and i was born in Gujarat , Village name Arnej and Taluka Kodinar and i brought up in Mumbai.
I am working professional working in Colgate company since last 8 years and i have started my career in 6th Nov 2009 and this is my second company. I have joined colgate in 23/02/2015 and since then i got only one promotion after doing hardwork. Since last 6 years i am waiting for promotion and also i dont find good career opportunity in other organisation.
Plz help me with the solution when i will get good growth?
