If jupiter is 12th house in D1 chart and and with rahu in 5th house in d9 chart can wear mala around the neck??????

If jupiter is in 12th house in D1 chart and and with rahu in 5th house in D9 chart.
Can wear any mala around the neck like rudrakhsa ???? As I have heard jupter 12th should not wear mala around the neck.
