For major questions asked on the spot Prashna chart is as good birth chart.
But for timing of events you need Lagna chart. As lagna shows the physical you. Timings of an event needs a physical aspect as it (the event) happened to a person. Use birth time rectification to atleast guess D1. You can slowly move deeper after that.
D-9 and D-10 are more naunced. But their lagna (divisional charts first house) can be guessed somewhat if they have a major planets sitting in divisional first houses.
Get the birth time right or magna predicted, try to check with siblings, reading 3rd or 11th house. Might be done looking at your face, height and voice.
