I found 3 different versions :
1. First one is from Brahma vaivartya puran antargat vishnu kavacham
2. Second is from bhagavat puran which is called narayan kavacham
3. Third one is short version which denotes lord Vishnu to protect our body parts.
The content are same or different?
If different choose whichever you feel like becoz meaning will be same.
Both lord Narayan and vishnu same.
It is said 4 armed lord vishu recides in our heart. One who recide in sheeresagar is narayan.
