So there’s some paperwork related issue. Either some documents were forged/fake or the native has lost them. Things will improve after October this year.
Oh Thank you so much Karan for replying. ??. Spot on with your analysis and deduction. I think that’s what has happened. Let me give you a clear picture of how things worked. Visa issues were sorted on individual basis. I gave all my original documents and signed some forms (1/2 pages) and handed over to employer . And that was all, after that I had no control over entire process. He would then pass those documents to his business partner /friend and they processed it. So from the time we handed our documents till we got visas , we had no idea about what was happening. And he’s done plenty shady. work, I never believed that till it happened to me.
Thank you for giving so much hope to me. As long as circumstances improve , I think I’ll be okay.
