Since I got married am not able to complete my ca final course and not doing any job since marriage got fixed. DOB 27/1/1989 around 4:15 am Dighal Jhajjar Haryana and even my marriage life is also not stable. All time we fight for small things. Had surgery on 4th March 2022 for tube pregnancy and had 2 miscarriage.
did u had love marriage? and also were you se*ually active before marriage and consumed some birth control pill?
For pregnancy you can try after august this year, But before hand distribute food in hospital and If any small clinic/healing center is opp. to your house, than start donating cooked food there. Visit Maa Durga temple regularly .Things seems improving after august related to your query.
