Jupiter -7th house & donation of clothes

can we donate clothes & shoes & toys of small child below 5 year to workers & drivers of house ? As per lal kitab , Jupiter 7th house people , should not donate their clothes ..

need clarity

why can’t we donate ?
secondly , any other way to donate the clothes & belongings of children below 5?
