The way Sir taught Jaimini Sutram is – we cannot make standalone D9 predictions. It is always done in correlation with D1. See what energies that rashi/planet is bringing forth from D1 to D9 and then make the prediction.
Also for D9, apply rashi drishti to get best results. Both are covered in JS course.
