So as we all know that Jyotish and Astrology are two different words with two slightly different meanings. Astrology is more of a modernised version of Jyotish and just any other thing which gets and advanced and modified with time for the comfort and basic understanding of the masses, it looses it’s connection from it’s roots. because now we don’t get into the depths but modify it to a very simpler meaning but not in great or actual detail.
In the Earlier times Rishis use to predict the coming wars and Avtars of Maha Vishnu and other events with the help of constellations/nakshatras and transits.
But as soon as we have progressed in the field of Science, today not everyone consider Jyotish as important as the other vedic and ancient knowledge.
Why you think that is and how can we bring out the original version of Jyotish in light again?
