from birth place definitely, malefic in 4th can do that I was born somewhere else living in somewhere else (from my birth place I a have moved 1500km -2000km rough idea )
If it’s related to moon then it will seperate you from mother emotionally or physically.
Possible that you may not live at your birth place.
