i dont think that such combination would cheat. rahu venus with malefic influence may cheat but ketu venus wouldn’t.
rahu represent cats , so they don’t care about what others think and they will do what they like.
ketu represent dogs , so they are loyal and i dont think that ketu venus would do cheating.even if they do it won’t be on materialistic(physical) point of view, maybe for affectionate(emotional) reasons.
regarding your question of whether their family like their spouse or not. ketu doesn’t have eyes he can’t see physical body but can sense aura. so ketu anywhere would do work which is required for your soul but others might not like it , but you have to do because you have seen something which others can’t.
