Saturn and Rahu both are lord of Aquarius.
When there comes a time when you have to choose between them, pick the one that is more relevant to the question/problem.
And sometimes the more powerful is chosen, as it asserts it’s influence more than the other.
Same with Mars and Ketu for Scorpio.

Saturn is Lord & Rahu is co-lord of Aquarius
BPHS doesn’t give any lordship to Rahu and Ketu but some classic texts give lordship of Aquarius to Rahu and of Scorpio to Ketu.
So take both Saturn and Rahu in case of Aquarius, Mars and Ketu for Scorpio.
The interpretation will be hard if we take both…. suppose for Leo if Saturn in 6th and rahu in 4th… it will be hard predect about hir / married life.

I’ve observed this so maybe use this as a clue, Aquarius is 7th house or Rahu in 7th house gives unusual marriage or something unusual happens during wedding cermony, one astrologer suggested that he had a client with Rahu in 7th house who had an unusual wedding, there was a ‘bhand’ on the day of his wedding and he reached the wedding hall in an ambulance. I had a friend with Aquarius in 11 house who got married during 2nd lockdown. Hope this give you a direction.
