Mental peace

No mental peace is there, Husband bhas many issues,he is in depression and in addiction
I am working hard for everything but NO mental peace is there

  1. Listen to a guru like Osho or Sadhguru on a regular basis, and absorb the teachings.

    Every Friday, go to a Ramji temple with some flower or fruit etc. Bring chandan, kumkum, and bhasam from there and apply it to your husband and yourself.
    Reduce ego clashes and arguments to the minimum.
    Wear light coloured clothes or bright clothes more, avoid black / dark blue / red etc

    Take a matka/handi/earthen pot (not made of cement), fill it with gangajal, add some akshat (haldi+ghee+raw unbroken rice) and keep this in the northern part of your living room. Cover the matka with some chalni or mesh plate so that the pot is open also but nothing will fall inside.
    change this as required (pour old water in plants or holy trees when changing)
