mercury if aspected by saturn alone here might give such issues…but if aspected by jupiter then no problems
Mercury is exalted in 5th house as it’s virgo for Taurus ascendant, on contrary if with benefic aspects it will give multiple children.
if sun and Jupiter is strong mercury never give child birth issue
