do you have saturn venus combination . venus in saturn sign/house or saturn in venus sign/house.
in my right hand there is mole on mount of moon , my moon have aspect of saturn in d1 and moon with saturn in aquarius in d9.
it is your left hand so i dont know if you take it or not. but saturn is karaka of mole so i expect it to delay thing related to venus.
i have it too , but on right cheek and left hand thumb ……. u have 7th house venus ?
