I am a Taurus Ascendant, with Venus in Cancer (3rd House) and Moon in Libra (6th House) both being at exact or about the Same Degree 23°-26°, Both having a Parivartan Yog.
My question and Doubts are here Under.
1. Since there is a Parivartan yog to the Moon, Should we Consider the native to be a Cancer Moon Sign?
2. Should we predict considering Moon in Cancer and Venus in Libra?
3. If the answer for the 2nd is Yes, then in which all areas of Astrology/ Prediction should be Consider Moon to be Cancer, Venus in Libra?

1 – moon sign will be Libra only.
2 – No,
3 – Prediction will be of 3rd and 6th house lord exchange. In dasha antardasha the planets will give effects of 3rd and 6th house.
By the way it’s not a fruitful parivartan since 3rd and 6th are not considered as good houses if there is parivartan or Kendra and trikona lord of Kendra lords in kendra and trikona only the results will be amazing.
