My mother is suffering from mental illness from last 35 yrs. We have visited so many physiatrist all these years. She will be fine after taking medicine. This happens every 2 yrs (on and Off). We don’t have her birth details. Can I get help for her. I am in need to get consultation. I have my DOB but don’t have the exact time of birth. Is it possible to get consultation for the person without having any birth details.

Yes I Believe. she lost her parents at young age. Life was difficult . She does not have a happy married life .
