I am not keeping healthy physically and mentally. I am born on 13 august 1985 at 23:45 pm in delhi.
I wish to know why am I suffering and what I can do to reduce my sufferings.
I am worried about my health and mental well being also. It’s effecting my efficiency and work.
How can be stress free and free from all my health issues? Can any one help? I believe I will get some help here.

No one in family who do katha, keertan, no one sings. no one even listen to music.
No communication issue with spouse. Actually my job is “communication designer” Yes I think a lot. Mentally stressed. Because my Husband keeps forcing me to do very weird sexual stuff. That is a huge stress which I am suffering. Can’t leave the husband and also dont know how to cope up from this.
