      I see relationship issues with both life partner and business partners/ colleagues.

      Not able to move on and you keep thinking on what happened in the past. Don’t blame others for what happened.

      Try moving on, forget everything, start fresh and things shall be fine.

      Aside from what Samayajula has mentioned beautifully I will add that
      Don’t bring EGO into business.
      No need to go for something very grand at once, start small and build back.
