I haven’t studied much about nakshatras but the question which came to my mind is: Does nakshatra rulers active planets when dasa of ruler is going on: Like if Venus is in Swati. Rahu rules Swati and somebody is going on Rahu dasha. Is Venus and the house were Venus sits active then?

Yes it will give results too. Such as in Venus Dasha, if there are planets in the nakshatras of Venus then those planets will give results too
