And when i was about 3-4 months old somebody had put a rubber band on my right wrist and it stayed there for 2-3 days and had cut through my flesh and the scar is still there. Both names are good. Meenakshi is the another of Mata Parvati in south. Your birth details will tell. Which name is most suitable or there is a need of variation or not.

And with regard to spelling etc – the sound has a vibration, and that vibration has the energy. The energy has a manifestation which plays out in our life.
Generally people will pronounce Ayushman or Ayushmaan or Aayushhmaann the same way if pronouncing correctly… so Meenakshi or Minakshi should have the same energy, unless someone says Minakshi as “min”, which is actually the wrong pronunciation.
If you mean to ask numerology in terms of adding up numbers corresponding to alphabets etc, I don’t follow it that way so I can’t say much.
