From the 9th lord moon 6th house is Capricorn where Venus mars mercury posited. While February major malefic planet saturn mars mercury venus are transiting over the moon affecting the treatment very severly leading it to the paralysis.but its seems Your father health was not good from the beginning must have poor health. venus too debilited with Rahu.after 15th of April may get some relief..Thank you
