I will try to put my observations and knowledge here, Ketu in 7th house is not a social person. Spouse might be spiritual. There is detachment from married or social life. Ketu if benefic will give very devoted spouse. Represents past karma from business and marriage partnership.
what if ketu in ascendant and rahu-jupiter in 7th?
Results of rahu and ketu are fully dependent on dispositors and aspects ketu is getting. if dispositors is not well placed and also Malefics aspects are not placed well then ketu can delay marriage and also create some obstruction.
But it is not ao good to have rahu ketu in 1/7 axis. but also Venus and navamsha decided quality of marriage.
No planet gives any result like that. Just one placement and just one reading…
