I need help with my professional life. I have been working in the same company since last 5 years. However, last year around Sept end they changed my project to one of the strategic client. I was doing my best and dealing with multiple stakeholders, but now client is not happy and giving negative feedback. When asked the reason for such feedback, he doesnt has any specific reason. I am disheartened and feel helpless bec client has asked my piers to join every call I lead. I still have been doing everything I could but now I feel I deserve better. Could you please help if its a good time to make a job switch?

Job switch kar sakte ho. Try karo ho jaayegi. But Venus-Sun ki dasha he, lagbhag 1 saal tak to clashes honge hi seniors/ boss se. Things will improve in this regard by the end of this year.
Father and Senior se relationship bohot achhe hai. They are my mentors and I really respect them.
Yesterday, I was removed from the project and my reporting manager said to look at it positively. He was very supportive and guided me to focus on other things where he needs myhelp!

Thank you for your response. I have a job offer, but I have spent my entire career here and the organisation has given me so much. Thats the reason I am skeptical to make the switch.
