Regarding the marriage ceremony we need to look at Jupiter and Saturn transit connected to seventh lord or seventh house
some times Venus Dasha alone can give marriage
yes if 8th hz Dasha runs with AD Of 5th and PD if 8 th hz runs transformation and new beginning is experienced but it can also shows some hidden relationship.
For marriage not only 7th hz or 7th hz lord is involved but 2nd hz, 9th hz, 11th hz and their lords can be part of it.
