Pray to Ganpati Bappa and beg him to control his mooshik vaahan. Can chant Ganesh Pancharatnam or any Ganesh stuti/Ashtottaram. Offer modaks or sweets. Can donate to nearest Ganpati temple on the basis of what they require.
Tried and tested. Problem didn’t disappear overnight, but gradually reduced and controlled.
