yes,sa in 5th gives delayed marriage.3rd aspect of sa is very karmic which is on 7th house.one more thing..this person will have severe headache on his marriage day(as told by sir).
Retrogression adds additional strength to sat, also check if other planets are aspecting the 7th house or 7th lord. If saturn alone is aspecting back to 7th, then there might be some considerable delay but it’ll surely give the results.
