Retro planets have higher Chestha Bala and will make overly passionate about the significations it rules. Native tends to overdo things pertaining to these houses.
Saturn in retro in 2nd – would mean you are highly passionate about yourself, your family, your wealth, etc.
Also 1st lord in 2nd blesses one with wealth and resources and also is a Bahu-Bharya yoga, meaning having more than one wife. In the past era, it’s considered a good yoga – but not now. For confirmation, one has to look at other significations.

Look at Navamsa positions and bhava positions of D1.
If Lagna is close to longitude of Saturn, then the results are more pronounced.
As Saturn is on the day end in the rasi, more likely he will move to third house in bhava.
