Even the 3/6/10/11 lagna rising people may be selfish if their lagna Lord gets affected by Rahu Saturn Mars and goes into malefic amsas and Navamsa of 3/6/10/11 Rasis.

Truly said specially about ashtakvarga points, afflicted sun and lagna lord but according to me strong lagna lord without affliction can also makes one selfish. Very true about afflicted sun point.
