It is difficult to have such sure shot thing. If it was possible, these things could be programmed and a computer can give better results in quick time than a human astrologer.
Besides 5th, 7th relation, you may look at A7 and UL relation. None of them are infallible.

sirji 3 months se astro sikhna start kara toh own technique nahi patha jo kuch hamare sir ne padhaya vahi knowledge me hai ki 5th & 7th exchange/comb.,
