Hi when i will be able to speak properly and confidently in front of large number of people even i can’t speak confidently in front samll groups of people ,even in front of family members thanks for your answer i am asking this question on 12 August 11 53

Give power to sun in order to speak confidently. Consume red fruits, vegetables. Give water to suryadev, recite Aditya hridaya stotra. Respect father, touch feet of father.
