Hi Rashmi, Sir is ex[plaining the timing of event in a house, it has no relation to the ongoing age/house of native, when as per paribhraman 7th house will be active, than 240Th day or its nearby +/-12 days, partner will alive. in the age of 31. Further he asks predict more about 7th house, jupiter and all this ha sno relation current age, except one : A7 pada in third house, (current age)
Using your DOB, consider every house as 1 year. First time, 12 houses mean first 12 years of life. then again use 1st house as 13th year and consider so on then 12 house will come up as 24th year. add 12 to every house like — 1st house years will be : 1, 13, 25, 37
