dear sir/madam, can anyone tell what combination of planet causes vaani dosha, some astrologer pointed me that Saturn+ ketu in second house causes serious vaani dosha, is there any remedy for that, why are vaani dosha people misunderstood even if their intention is pure. is there a method/upaay to overcome it.
