Dear Members,
My query is regarding the vengeful attitude my parents siblings have towards me. It appears the more I do better (marriage, career, money)the more they resent me. My Mother especially had an abusive attitude since my childhood. They even said very bad things about me to my spouse which later resulted in divorce ( wasnt one of the reasons but gave my spouse and undue advantage to treat me poorly).Even now if extended family wants to help they bad mouth me and tell them to cut all contacts. It’s awfully strange they do t help me but are willing to cut any help coming from the extended family. I understand the psychological reason behind it but astrologically I don’t understand. Why ME!!! Why any parent would torture there own child and forget support but create hurdles.
I would appreciate your input.

yes I am a female and I have turned aggressive as I have to fend for myself at every sphere. I became super aggressive when I got the confirmation (which I suspected from the childhood)that my parents and brother are bad mouthing me to my spouse. This gave an undue advantage to husband which resulted in divorce. Despite of my best efforts to get a rightful settlement so that my future is secured after 10 yrs of marriage they again supported my husband I didn’t get a dime. Mind you my husband never let me work and kept me confined at home had multiple affairs and after few months of divorce married the woman he was seeing. I did inform my parents of his wrong doings but they always said that I am lying. What pains me is they never helped me as they should have as there own blood and supported my husband instead. Any effort I make to get myself in the right path they try to fail it. Even now they only create obstacles.
