During the Gemstone lecture, in the initial minutes only a person told that Venus-Ketu Conjunctions implies no relationship; the conjunction happened twice (1996,1997). Then, do all people born in this period will have difficulty in finding relationship ? What are the exceptions ? Any remedy ?

No, This is not like that. For relationship..It just signifies that go for simple person and have less expectation and desire for relationships. Rest of the things depend on personal Chart of person to person. In which house, sign or nakshatra etc. it is forming. But there are many successful relations with this conjunction.
